The essence of Cellulite – what is Cellulite

Cellulite is a body condition of ineffective circulation associated with a hardening of tissue deposit in a localised area. It is associated with poor body elimination and an inability to rid the toxic substances.

Causes of Cellulite:

  • Poor quality foods: Our organism needs certain nutritive elements such as vitamins, trace elements, glucides and others and if this balance is not respected there will be a general lack of vitality in the body.
  • Incomplete elimination: The toxins are trapped in the cell membranes of the sub-cutaneous fatty tissue layers.
  • Poor hydration: Lack of water to absorb and transport waste matter accumulates and creates a toxic effect. The body releases a defense mechanism to prevent autointoxication thus creating cellulite.
  • Hormonal hydration: Puberty, male menopause, menopause, irregular menstruation, thyroid gland problem are all bearing factors on cellulite.

The most important factor is elimination.

A circulatory deficiency accentuates waste retention.
